- 40 minSpeeches in small rooms or one whole-class festival. Listeners use a feedback slip: one thing that landed, one question.
- 5 minKuaka asks one question about a choice you made in your delivery.

Record and reflect
- 30 minRecord podcast segments in threes; stitch them into an episode with an intro and outro.
- 15 minReflection: what did you choose to do with your voice, and what did the audience do in response? What will you try next time?
- 5 minChoose speeches for assembly or a local competition, and episodes to share with whānau (with consent).
