Session 2 · SOLVE: Organise Information

Plan and collect

  1. 15 minPlan: who, how many, what exactly to measure, what units.
  2. 25 minCollect the data (class survey or CensusAtSchool sample).
  3. 10 minEnter the data in a table or spreadsheet.

Getting started

Choose a question from the class list and use the planning template.

Stretch

Write a comparison question (e.g. two groups) instead of a summary question.

Checkpoint

Each group has a clear question, a prediction and clean data.
