Identify and check
- 20 minIdentify species with NZ Birds Online and field guides.
- 20 minCheck the data for gaps and mistakes.
- 10 minPlan survey 2 at a different time of day or week.
Getting started
Survey one quadrat with a partner and a picture key.
Stretch
Record the time and temperature for every observation.
Checkpoint
Data from at least two surveys, recorded the same way.
