- 30 minIn teams, make the toolkit: scenario cards, the upstander flowchart, a one-page guide to feeds and filters, and a help card.
- 10 minRehearse the workshop with another team and swap feedback.
Session 2 · THRIVE: Evaluate
Workshop and reflection
- 30 minRun the workshop for the buddy class: warm-up game, two scenario cards, the flowchart and the help card.
- 10 minCollect feedback: what did the younger students remember? What confused them?
- 10 minReflect: what will you do differently in your own group chat or team now? Private journal, not shared.

Offer the toolkit to the school's student leaders for use at Pink Shirt Day.
