  2. 10 minRead 'Did it work? Evaluating like a health worker'.
  3. 25 minWrite the evaluation using What? So what? Now what?: what happened, what it means, for whom it worked, what you'd change.

Session 2 · THRIVE: Evaluate

Share and hand on

  1. 30 minPresent to the class, team or group leaders: the need, the goal, the evidence and your recommendation.
  2. 15 minTake questions and write down one idea from the audience.
  3. 10 minDecide how the initiative could continue, and who could take it over.

Getting started

Evaluate with three questions: What happened? So what does it mean? Now what should happen next?

Stretch

Write a one-page proposal to the principal, board or club committee to keep the initiative going, backed by your data.

Checkpoint

An evaluation that uses evidence, names who it helped and who it missed, and recommends a next step.
