Session 1 · SOLVE: Verify
Play-test with real players
- 10 minSwap games with another group. Read their rules only and play 20 rounds.
- 20 minGive feedback: were the rules clear? Did it feel fair? Did the results match their poster?
- 15 minImprove your game: change rules, prizes or equipment if needed and re-check the probability.
- 5 minRecord what you changed and why.
Session 2 · SOLVE: Explain
Probability poster and gala launch
- 15 minMake the stall poster: rules, the chance of winning as a fraction, decimal and percentage, and a graph of your 100-trial results.
- 20 minRun the stall for a junior class or at the gala. Keep a tally of plays and wins.
- 10 minExplain to the gala committee or visitors how you know your game is fair.
- 5 minReflect: after all those plays, did the real results match your maths?
Getting started

Stretch
Work out how many prizes you will need for 200 players. How confident are you in that number?
Checkpoint
The game has been tested by others, improved, and explained to a real audience with evidence.
